Bill for Blair's aides hits half-a-million
The debt-ridden Labour Party is currently paying £500,000 a year in salaries for aides to Tony Blair in Downing Street and the Cabinet Office.
With the party preparing for a cost cutting move out of its Millbank headquarters, the size of the wage bill is beginning to cause unrest among Labour staff, according to today's Telegraph.
