Europe's BSE crisis has grown with new cases being reported. Italy's first suspected case of BSE has been found in a cow that was destined for the McDonald's restaurant chain. The news comes as it emerged that the number of BSE cases in the UK has dropped by 30 per cent over the last 12 months.
