Judge blows 'big breach' in official secrets
The Court of Appeal yesterday ruled that the Sunday Times could publish extracts from the Big Breach, the book about former MI6 agent Richard Tomlinson's time in the security service.
The book has already been published in Moscow and could be bought over the internet even before yesterday's ruling.
In a bizarre twist, the Moscow publisher of the book, Sergei Korovin, is "exposed" as a Russian secret service agent.
