NHS has to be more appealing to nurses

In the region of 70,000 trained nurses are shunning the NHS - more than three times the current staff shortages.
The figures are disclosed in a report from the Royal College of Nursing which calls for "government and employers to reduce the reality gap", as nurses "have to experience a positive difference in their day to day working instead of just hearing the rhetoric".
