Wintour is new lobby chairman

Guardian journalist Patrick Wintour has been elected unopposed as chairman of the parliamentary lobby for 2011.
He received 27 nominations.
Also elected unopposed were hon secretary Frank Prenseti and Nigel Morris, hon treasurer.
There are six places on the lobby committee - nominations will open next Monday.
Elections for the parliamentary press gallery officers and committee were held last month.
Carolyn Quinn was elected unopposed, the first woman to become chairman of the press gallery, which is distinct from the lobby.
