Down memory lane

We came across this clip on YouTube the other day - it is notable not only for an embarrassing moment for Tory MP Tony Marlow.

While we do not know the date of this incident, it is great to see both Betty Boothroyd in all her glory and a young Harriet Harman dressed to impress.
